This is a thick, creamy banana smoothie bowl made with tahini and honey. Top the smoothie with sesame seeds, fresh fruit, oats, shaved chocolate and nuts.

2 sliced bananas, frozen
1/3 cup full fat milk (or any alternative milk of your choice)
3 tbsp tahini
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey
pinch of salt
optional toppings
banana slices
fresh blackberries
dark chocolate shavings
tahini, for drizzling
honey, for drizzling
toasted sesame seeds
fresh mint
Instructions
Combine frozen bananas, milk, tahini, vanilla, honey and salt in a blender. Blend until completely smooth and thick.
Divide smoothie into 2 chilled bowls. Add toppings as desired and enjoy immediately.
