Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (we love Frank's here)
  • 2 tbsp red chile flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine honey, hot sauce, and chile flakes in a 2-cup glass measuring cup.
  2. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, then heat in 20-second intervals until reduced to a generous 1/2 cup (about 8 total intervals). Watch it closely to prevent bubbling over the top.
  3. Strain into a clean jar and discard chile flakes. Use warm or cool to room temperature.

Notes

Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
