Ingredients

  • 10 oz smoked trout, skin discarded and bones removed
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • Crackers, crostini and crudités, for serving

Instructions

  1. Flake the trout into small pieces and place in a bowl along with sour cream, lemon juice, zest, dill and parsley.
