Spicy tuna tartare is diced up with avocado, cucumber and jalapeños and doused in a spicy sriracha sauce. Spoon it onto crackers and dig in!
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, lime juice and 1/8 tsp kosher salt. Taste and adjust seasoning. Pour on top of the tuna mixture and toss to combine. Gently mix in avocado. Serve with crackers.
