Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 8 tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, and cloves in a medium bowl. Set aside.
