Dijon Mustard Chicken

You Will Need: -Chicken Breasts – Shallot – Dijon Mustard – Whole-Grain Mustard – Dry White Wine – Heavy Cream – Chicken Stock – Fresh Thyme – Flour – Butter – Extra-Virgin Olive Oil – Kosher Salt – Freshly Ground Black Pepper

01. Season chicken and dredge in flour.

02. Sear both sides until golden brown and crisp.

03. Sauté shallots until soft. Add wine and reduce by half. Add cream, stock, both mustards and simmer until thickened.

04. Return chicken and simmer until cooked through. Stir in thyme and serve!
