Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits

You Will Need: – All-Purpose Flour – Baking Powder – Baking Soda – Granulated Sugar – Kosher Salt – Butter – Buttermilk – Egg

01. Whisk together the dry ingredients. Cut in cold butter until it’s pea-sized or smaller. Chill!

02. Stir in buttermilk, mix until it just comes together.

03. Pat into a thick rectangle and cut into 12 biscuits. Chill!

04. Brush with egg wash and bake 22 minutes, until tall and golden brown.
