Garganelli Pasta

You Will Need: – 00 or All-Purpose Flour – Semolina Flour – Eggs – Salt

01. Make homemade pasta dough.

02. Roll it out to setting 6 on Kitchen Aid (or with a rolling pin to 1/16 inch).

03. Cut into 1 ½ inch squares.

04. Place a square diagonally on a gnocchi board, and roll the dough around a dowel to form a ridged tube.

05. Your garganelli should have ridges running lengthwise and a securely sealed seam.

06. Slide off the dowel, dust with semolina, and repeat!
