Lemon Aioli (From Scratch!)

You Will Need: – Egg – Garlic – Dijon Mustard – Lemon – Kosher Salt – Neutral Oil – Olive Oil

01. Coddle egg in boiling water for 1 minute.

02. Make a garlic paste.

03. Blend egg, lemon zest, lemon juice, the tiniest bit of garlic, mustard, and salt until frothy.

04. Slowly blend in olive oil and canola oil until thick.

05. Taste, adjust seasoning.
