Mason Jar Salads 10 Different Ways!

Leafy Green Options: – Arugula – Butter Lettuce – Romaine – Mixed Greens – Spinach – Kale – Radicchio – Watercress

Protein Options: – Bacon  – Beans – Canned Tuna  – Chicken  – Ham  – Hard-Boiled Eggs  – Salmon  – Shrimp  – Steak  – Tofu  – Turkey

Some Vegetable Options: – Asparagus  – Bell Peppers  – Brussels Sprouts  – Carrots – Celery  – Cherry Tomatoes  – Cucumbers  – Green Beans  – Marinated Artichoke Hearts  – Peas – Radishes  – Shallot or Red Onion  – Zucchini

01. Put the dressing on the bottom.Use 2- 3 tablespoons dressing, depending on how saucy you like your salads!

02. Add sturdy vegetables.  Aim for ½ cup per jar.

03. Top it with a protein layer and some cheese. Pick your favorite item and toss in ½ cup protein and 2 tablespoons of cheese per jar.

04. Sprinkle in cooked grains (optional). Scoop in about ¼ cup per jar.

05. Pick 1- 2 extras. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons on top of your grain.

06. Pack in the leafy greens. Pack about 1 ½ cups into the top of the jar and seal tight!
