Roasted Radishes With Miso Butter

You Will Need: – Radishes – Olive Oil – Miso Paste – Butter – Ginger – Cashews – Mint

01. Toss radishes in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 450°F for about 25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.

02. Toss with warm miso butter.

03. Sprinkle with chopped cashews, chili flakes, and mint. Serve hot.
