Salmon Alfredo

You Will Need: – Salmon – Heavy Cream – Butter – Parmesan – Garlic – Lemon – Fresh Soft Herbs – Fettuccine Pasta – Kosher Salt – Freshly Ground Black Pepper

01. Gently simmer cream and garlic for about 20 minutes.

02. Top the salmon with lemon slices and steam.

03. Flake the salmon and remove pin bones. Cook the fettuccine, drain, and reserve pasta water.

04. Toss the pasta with cream sauce, butter, parmesan, and some pasta water. Fold in salmon and divide among bowls. Garnish  with lemon zest and herbs.
