– flat-leaf kale – brussels sprouts – pecorino romano – almonds – lemon juice – white balsamic vinegar – dijon mustard – olive oil

Remove the stems and chiffonade leaves into thin ribbons.

Toast almonds until fragrant, then sprinkle with salt and roughly chop.
